Activities

Roosevelt RH serves more than 250 customers in dealing with their Payroll execution, HR administration and HR development day to day issues.
Roosevelt Expertise offers Accounting, Tax and legal expertise. We serve more than 650 customers in dealing with their bookkeeping, accounting review, reporting & consolidation, business & tax issues, controlling and finance support.

The head office and the Tax optimization, Legal, Patrimonial and HR consulting activities are based in Paris center (75008). Accounting, bookkeeping and the shared service center for Payroll and admin are based in Le Bourget (93)

Registration of the new business to authorities:

Once you have decided to start a business in France you need to register the new business with the authorities. Under French law, business registration must be carried out before you begin to trade.
The registration of a new business is carried out at a business registration centre, called a Centre des Formalités des Entreprises (CFE).
The CFE acts as a clearing-house for the statutory bodies who need to be made aware of your new business, notably the tax authority and social security organizations.
Your application will also be forwarded to the French commercial court, called the 'Greffe', who will check that you do not have any criminal convictions that prevent you from starting a business.
Once you get a registration number SIRET, we assist you with formalities for your future employees: URSSAF, Healthcare programs, Welfare/disability programs, pension/retirement scheme, insurances, ….
